November 12, 2008 — The Collier County Supervisor of Elections staff completed the following recounts under the direction of the Collier County Canvassing Board and the certified results are:

Fiddler’s Creek CDD Seat 4
Peggy Schmitt 247 Votes 49.80%
Robert Slater 249 Votes 50.20%

Lely CDD Seat 5
Gerry Campkin 567 Votes 50.13%
Vera Orr 564 Votes 49.87%
