Calling for Nominations of those who Served to Protect our Freedoms
Collier County, FL— November 8, 2013: In observance of Veterans Day, the Collier County Supervisor of Elections Office is putting a call out for nominations to honor military men and women who have served or are currently serving to protect our freedoms.
Whether the nominee is a veteran from a past war, or is someone who is currently serving, the Supervisor of Elections Office wants to honor those in the military connected to Collier County voters by exhibiting their information on a traveling Honor Wall at local outreach events.
A link to a downloadable biography form can be found on the Supervisor of Election’s website at www.CollierVotes.com under the Community/Calendar. There are no limitations to participate in this program. The only requirement is that nominees have served or are serving in the U.S. armed forces.
