Collier County, Fla.— November 22, 2017: Today, November 22, is the last day voters can request a Vote-by-Mail ballot to be sent through the mail by the Collier County Supervisor of Elections office ahead of the City of Everglades City Election. Voters requesting a ballot must contact the Supervisor of Elections office by 5 p.m. today.

Ballots may be requested online at www.CollierVotes.com under the "Vote-by- Mail" tab, or by calling (239) 252-VOTE.

Ballots can be dropped off at the Everglades City Hall or may be mailed back in the official ballot return envelope provided by the Supervisor of Elections office. Voted ballots must be received by 7 p.m. on Election Day, November 28, 2017. The United States Postal Service recommends that voters mail their Vote-by-Mail ballots one week before the due date to account for any unforeseen events such as weather issues, and to allow for timely receipt and processing by the elections office.

Frequently asked questions on Vote-by-Mail ballots can be found at www.CollierVotes.com.
