NEWS RELEASE: Collier County Elections Office Employee Earns Rising Star Award

Trish Robertson was recognized for her leadership in the SWFL Chapter of FPRA

Collier County, Fla. - July 10, 2014: The Southwest Florida Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) honored Trish Robertson with the Rising Star Award at their annual chapter luncheon this week. The Rising Star Award recognizes an up and coming leader in the chapter, which is someone who has shown enthusiasm and passion for their profession, and is someone who is likely to be making a positive difference through their service to FPRA chapter events, career pursuits and in other arenas.

Trish Robertson is the Communications Coordinator for the Collier County Supervisor of Elections Office. She has been a member of the SWFL Chapter of FPRA for approximately four years and currently serves on the board as their Vice President of Communications.

Robertson was presented with the award at the chapter’s July luncheon on Tuesday where she was supported by Jennifer J. Edwards, Supervisor of Elections, her FPRA peers and her counterparts at the Lee County Elections Office.
