Collier County, Fla. - October 28, 2014: Tomorrow, October 29, is the last day voters can request a Mail/Absentee ballot to be sent through the mail by the Collier County Supervisor of Elections Office. Voters requesting a ballot must contact the Supervisor of Elections Office by 5:00 p.m. tomorrow.

Mail/Absentee ballots may be requested online at www.CollierVotes.com under the “Vote by Mail” tab, or by calling (239)252-VOTE.

Once the ballot is completed, it must be placed in the official white ballot return envelope provided and the voter must sign the Voter’s Certificate on the envelope prior to mailing. Voted ballots must be returned to the Supervisor of Elections Office by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 4. Voters who receive a Mail/Absentee ballot and decide to vote in person should bring their ballot to the polling location so it can be cancelled. Mail/Absentee ballots submitted at a polling location will not be counted.
