Collier County, Fla.— October 12, 2016: Due to the recent Hurricane Matthew, the voter registration deadline has been extended to next week. In order to vote in the November 8 General Election, eligible residents must be registered to vote by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 18.
A downloadable voter registration application can be found on the Supervisor of Elections website at www.CollierVotes.com under the "Register to Vote" tab. The Supervisor of Elections office is located at 3750 Enterprise Avenue, Naples 34104. Regular business hours are from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The satellite office is located at the North Collier Government Service Center, 2335 Orange Blossom Drive in Naples and is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Residents can register to vote during our normal business hours, but must do so by 5 p.m. on October 18 in order to be eligible for the November 8 General Election. Registered voters who need to make updates to their name and/or address are not affected by the book closing deadline, but are encouraged to make necessary updates before they vote at the polls.
