PUBLIC NOTICE: Collier County Canvassing Board Schedule Change

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Collier County Canvassing Board will hold the meeting to produce the Official election results, Conduct of Election and random selection for the manual audit at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020 in conjunction with regularly scheduled Canvassing Board events. Therefore the August 25, 2020 3:00 p.m. Collier County Canvassing Board meeting has been cancelled.

Anticipated activities that will take place are below:

  • Canvassing of Vote-by-Mail Ballots

  • Provisional Ballot Overview

  • Canvassing of Provisional Ballots

  • 1st Unofficial Results

  • Official Certification

  • Conduct of Election Report

  • Random Selection for the Manual Audit

Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal decisions made at this meeting they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose they need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
