NEWS RELEASE: Canvassing Board to Produce 2nd Unofficial Results

Collier County, Fla.— November 14, 2018: The Collier County Canvassing Board will hold the meeting to produce the 2nd unofficial election results at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 14, 2018.

Per Florida law the Canvassing Board will order a manual recount in a local election if a difference of less than one quarter of one percent of votes cast for an office exists between candidates.

A local manual recount in the Collier County Judge, Group 2 race has been conditionally noticed to commence at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 15, 2018.

The public and media are invited to attend all Canvassing Board meetings and to observe the recount, which will take place at the Supervisor of Elections office located at 3750 Enterprise Ave., Naples, FL 34104.
