NEWS RELEASE: Candidate Withdraws from State Representative District 76 Race

Collier County, FL — Ann Grady, a candidate in the race for the office of State Representative House District 76, has withdrawn. As a result, the remaining candidate, Kathleen C. Passidomo, is unopposed and deemed by law to be the winner. Consequently, any votes cast in this race will not change the outcome.

To inform eligible voters, the Supervisor of Elections Office will post notices at each polling place and in each voting booth in the areas represented by State Representative House District 76. Additionally, a notice will be sent to all voters requesting an absentee/mail ballot.
