Collier County, Fla.—November 13, 2020: The Collier County Canvassing Board met this evening and certified the official results of the 2020 General Election.

The results include ballots cast provisionally, by mail, and in person during Early Voting and on Election Day.

Of the 231,708 eligible voters in Collier County, 90.35% cast a ballot:

  • 102,993 ballots cast by Mail

  • 77,533 ballots cast by Early Voting

  • 28,697 ballots cast on Election Day

In compliance with Florida law, the Canvassing Board will conduct a manual audit of the election at the Supervisor of Elections office on November 18 at 10 a.m. The manual audit is open to both the public and media for observation.

The audit requires that the Canvassing Board randomly select a race and precinct to be manually audited. At today’s meeting, the Canvassing Board randomly selected the Conservation Collier Referendum at Precinct 141.
