We, the undersigned, Eugene C. Turner, County Judge; Jennifer J. Edwards, Supervisor of Elections; and Pamela S. Mac'Kie, Board of County Commissioners, constituting the Board of County Canvassers in and for said County, do hereby certify that we met on the 17th day of November, A.D., 2000, and proceeded publicly to canvass the votes given for the several offices and persons herein specified at the GENERAL ELECTION held on the 7th day of November, A.D., 2000 as shown by the returns on file in the office of the Supervisor of Elections. These counts are canvassed from the absentee ballots received from military and overseas Americans pursuant to the provisions of TCA-80-1055-WS Consent Decree and Division of Elections Rule IS2.013.
